GENERAL

  • Exhibit booth size is 10’x10’. Booth fee includes pipe and drape, one 6’ draped table, two side chairs, one 110v 20 amp electrical outlet, and company listing in conference program
  • Premier booth location is based on sponsorship level
  • The WTCC will NOT accept materials or shipments sent directly to the WTCC. Shipping instruction will be provided
  • Cost of the use of any AV equipment is not included in booth price
  • ERAPPA reserves the right to change the floor plan without notice
  • ERAPPA reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion
  • NOTE – All booth costs are in Canadian Dollars and subject to a 15% HST Sales Tax of $413.25, including the booth portion received by all sponsorship levels.
