Hotels and On-Line Housing
We are pleased to offer special group rates at two hotels for the ERAPPA 2011 Conference. Both hotels are located in the heart of Downtown Halifax with indoor access to each other, the World Trade and Convention Centre where all sessions will take place, the Casino Nova Scotia and a large indoor mall. Both are walking distance to all downtown attractions, restaurants and pubs, including Halifax’s famous Liquor dome district. Conference attendees are encouraged to book with these official conference hotels in order to receive the special group rates and ensure that ERAPPA 2011 fills its contracted room block. We are pleased to confirm that the guestroom rate for the conference for either hotel is $175.00 CDN per night. The rate is subject to a 2% Halifax Regional Municipal Marketing Levy and 15% Harmonized Sales Tax.

On-line Housing Services shall commence October 1st, 2010 through ConferSense Planners Inc. We ask that you book your rooms through Confersense planners in order to facilitate housing services, room block management and on-line registration when it opens in May of 2011.
